Digital Products
- The patterns are PDF files, and you will receive a download link via email after placing your order.
- If you do not receive the download link within half an hour, please contact us. This indicates a technical issue, and the pattern can be resent.
- Unauthorized sharing of patterns is strictly prohibited.
Crocheted Products / Custom Orders
- Note that custom orders can unfortunately only be delivered to Finland at the moment.
- Products are made individually for each customer, after an order has been placed. For this reason, delivery takes longer. The time reserved for making the product is three weeks, but it is very likely that the product will be completed sooner.
- If the customer does not receive their product within one month of the order due to a reason attributable to the supplier, they are entitled to a refund.
- As products are made individually for each order, unfortunately, there is no right of return for these products.
- If the product is faulty or incorrect, the customer is entitled to a refund upon being able to prove the fault.
